Initiated and masterminded by visual artist Caecilia Tripp. The C(o)ral Sonata is multi-form pluri-collaborative visual and sonic art project based on field recordings of coral reefs.

In this creative ecosystem Kerwin Rolland acts as sound recordist, sound architect, composer, and performer.

Corals can sing. They work with the mangrove as form of collaboration to shelter a lush marine life. That sounds like and wonderfull forest of unexpected sounds of swim blatters, shrimp clicks, limestone bites, and dolphin sonars…
